Excel spreadsheet Booking Form used for hiring multiple rooms in a community centre.

This includes hire costs, questions to ask of hirers, checklist for administrator who takes the bookings.

We use the Outlook calendar to take bookings (each room has its own calendar) and these booking forms are attached to each booking 'appointment' on the calendar.

Most of our bookings are completed via email, and we recommend that you use the 'hide' function in Excel to hide the NOTES column and CHECKLIST and TABLES tabs before emailing the sheet to your hirers.
